If we cancel a program
Pure Exploration reserves the right to cancel any program if sign-up is inadequate to make the program economically feasible for us to operate. If this happens, we give a full refund of program cost paid. However, Pure Exploration is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by you, in preparing for the trip (e.g. non-refundable air tickets. gear or medical expenses). If a program is under-booked we will inform you before final payment is due.
Guaranteed Work Placement add on
Positions are available as a paid add-on to your course fee, paid in full along with your full course fee. Ideally, everyone who is interested in a work placement at the completion of the course, who has passed their relevant assessments, will be placed with one of our partnered companies. Employment in Queenstown can be quite competitive, however, so in the event a work placement cannot be arranged, you will be refunded the add-on amount in full. We will do everything we can to get you placed with one of our partnered companies, but ultimately the industry and labor market conditions will dictate whether we can successfully do this or not.
We will assist you wherever possible in obtaining employment post course, on the conditions that you have passed your relevant assessments, hold a Working Holiday Visa in New Zealand, and have demonstrated a good attitude.
