As your intro to Rock climbing we cover top-roping, abseiling, safety, equipment, intro to lead climbing, systems, transitions.

We’ll build on your existing knowledge of equipment, weather, and nutrition, then introduce you to essential training in group management, risk analysis, and leadership.

It’s time to start putting your skills and knowledge to the test, as we start to push your limits and see if we can create some outdoor diamonds!

At this point of the program, we take it up a notch. It’s time to test your limits and push those new skills. We take you to a few more challenging locations where you’ll have to pull together as a team to get through, and where you’ll really start to see the value in ensuring processes are followed and back-up plans are in place!

Bush modules include Multi-day hikes, trip planning, practising leading and getting mileage for your logbook

Rock modules include consolidation and practice of skills learnt in module 1 and 2 and incorporating leading others.
